What is Brainforest?
Brainforest is a practical AI adoption, business strategy, brand and marketing consultancy based in Tempe, Arizona (Phoenix metro). We bring these together for organizations navigating change, in construction and higher education.
Who do you work with?
Commercial trades operators — general contractors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and field service — along with universities and colleges, and founders and executives leading organizations through brand or AI decisions.
Where is Brainforest based?
Tempe, Arizona (Phoenix metro). We are remote-first and work with clients across North America.
What services do you offer?
Two practices: Commercial Trades AI Readiness, and Higher Education Marketing, which includes brand, messaging and identity work. We also run the AI Readiness Index, a structured executive diagnostic.
How do engagements start?
Most start with a 30-minute call and a one-page memo. From there we scope a written diagnostic so you know the diagnosis before anyone builds anything.
How long do engagements run?
An Executive Diagnostic runs 2–4 weeks. An AI Pilot runs 6–10 weeks. A Brand Sprint runs 8–16 weeks. Advisory work is ongoing.
