Brainforest is an AI-native strategy and brand consultancy based in Phoenix, Arizona. We help commercial trades operators, higher education institutions, and ambitious leaders get clear on where they are going, what must change, and how to use AI and smarter systems to get there faster.

Commercial trades operators — general contractors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and field service — along with universities and colleges, and founders and executives leading organizations through brand or AI decisions.
Where is Brainforest based?
Phoenix, Arizona. We are remote-first and work with clients across North America.
What services do you offer?
Four practices: Commercial Trades AI Readiness, Higher Education Marketing, Brand & Marketing Strategy, and AI Adoption & Business Transformation. We also run the AI Readiness Index, a structured executive diagnostic.
How do engagements start?
Most start with a 30-minute call and a one-page memo. From there we scope a written diagnostic so you know the diagnosis before anyone builds anything.
How long do engagements run?
An Executive Diagnostic runs 2–4 weeks. An AI Pilot runs 6–10 weeks. A Brand Sprint runs 8–16 weeks. Advisory work is ongoing.
