We start in writing. A short, structured diagnostic on your current state, ops, brand, data, decision-making, produced in two to four weeks, designed to be read by your leadership team in 30 minutes.

Design
Once we agree on the diagnosis, we co-design the next move. Sometimes that's a brand. Sometimes it's a working AI pilot. Sometimes it's stopping a project that shouldn't continue.

Deploy
We embed with your team to ship. Six to ten weeks for a working pilot, eight to sixteen for a rebrand. We don't disappear after kickoff and reappear at the readout.

Debrief
Every engagement ends with a written debrief, what we learned, what to keep, what to kill. We'd rather argue against our own recommendation than defend a sunk cost.
